At Lawina.store, we value your satisfaction and want every purchase to be a delightful experience.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return and refund policy allows you to request an exchange, store credit, or refund under certain conditions.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through Lawina.store.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.
- The product is in resellable condition.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Innerwear, lingerie, hijabs, or accessories that contact skin directly.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Custom-stitched or altered dresses and abayas.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at info@lawina.store with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.
- Once approved, ship the product back to our return address (provided via email).
- After inspection, we will process your exchange, credit, or refund.
Note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or sent in error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lawina.store.
- Include photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
- After verification, we’ll send a replacement or full refund (including return shipping).
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.) or as store credit within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and cash-on-delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
- If you used a discount code, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid.
7. Exchange Policy
If you’d like a different size or color:
- Submit an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Customers cover the shipping cost for sending the item back unless it was defective.
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — provided it has not yet been shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
9. International Orders
For customers outside the UAE:
- Returns are accepted only for defective or wrongly shipped items.
- International shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
